Dual-voltage intelligent switching system
It adopts a self-developed voltage recognition chip and automatically matches 110V/220V input power supply without the need for manual adjustment. When an abnormal voltage is detected (such as below 180V or above 260V), the under-voltage/over-voltage protection mechanism is triggered. The power will be automatically cut off and an alarm will sound within 3 seconds to prevent the risk of motor burnout.
Dual-mode control of soft start and emergency stop
Soft start mode: Through PWM pulse width modulation technology, it achieves 0-100% stepless speed regulation start-up, reducing mechanical shock by 40% and extending the service life of carbon brushes/bearings by more than 30% (measured data).
Emergency stop function: Complies with the IEC 60745 safety standard for electric tools. Power will be cut off within 0.1 seconds after the switch is released to ensure operational safety.
